Friendly and welcoming with beautiful river views. Great affordable rate and lovely big stylish comfortable rooms (the bed was amazing! ) Great experience here. Cafes pools and shops only a short stroll away and beautiful country driving around the area. I highly recommend :) Will definitely be back. Most pleasant stay i have had in a long time! We have spent my partner and me a night at Anchor Bay Motel. We were on a kind of short road trip around. And I found it on TripAdvisor just close by we have stopped. I was so amazed with comments about the service and value that we both were excited to try it. And we have not been disappointed....

Third stay here and always a pleasure. It is by no means a Shangri-La but the motel is very clean, beds comfortable and a small kitchenette very useful. Rob was fantastic and helpful even upgrading my aged mother in laws room that was more user friendly for an older person. No hesitation recommending this motel in a this lovely peaceful...

We were on the road and just looking for a place to hang our hats for the night. We found Anchor Bay Motel via the internet and gave them a call. Rob made our after-hours check-in so easy that I felt compelled to visit reception in the morning to thank him personally. After a wonderful night's sleep in a comfortable bed, it was great to put a face to the name. The motel is located right on the point so, being an early riser, I managed to get an enjoyable walk and take a few photos of the picturesque sunrise before hitting the road again. I'd gladly stay here again!!
