What a lovely place Greenwell Point is! Very peaceful with stunning views over the water within seconds of this accomodation. (Nice view from room also) The host could not have been more pleasant or helpful, and was willing to do anything to ensure we had a good stay. The choice of eateries in winter seem limited so we knocked something up in our room, using the adequate kitchenete facilities. Very comfortable room and a very enjoyable stay.

We booked for one night as part of a weekend away from Sydney. After a day on a motorbike, we were very tired and ready for a hot shower. Rob welcomed us with open arms, instantly making us feel at home. He helped us with dinner recommendations and local sites.

Excellent service. Rob greeted us on arrival and provided a good overview of sights to see. Comfortable room. Great location opposite the water and boat launching. Cafe and pub nearby. A lot of interesting sights nearby.

We found this motel to be quiet and peaceful within easy walking distance to the hotel, wharf and cafes. The room was very clean with plenty of space and a view to the water. The manager was friendly and helpful, suggesting things to see and do in the area and places to eat. We would throughly recommend this motel and will stay there next time we are in the Nowra area.

We were on the road and just looking for a place to hang our hats for the night. We found Anchor Bay Motel via the internet and gave them a call. Rob made our after-hours check-in so easy that I felt compelled to visit reception in the morning to thank him personally. After a wonderful night's sleep in a comfortable bed, it was great to put a face to the name. The motel is located right on the point so, being an early riser, I managed to get an enjoyable walk and take a few photos of the picturesque sunrise before hitting the road again. I'd gladly stay here again!!
